refactor(AutoPlanDomain): 更新领域配置逻辑以支持开关控制

- 将物理领域配置从数量控制改为开关控制
- 添加open字段来控制领域是否启用
- 修改求和逻辑从count字段改为基于open状态计算
- 修复注释中的错别字和描述准确性
