yan 9d450b703a docs(AutoPlan): 更新项目名称和功能描述
- 将项目名称从 AutoPlanDomain 重命名为 AutoPlan
- 更新功能描述从"自动秘境计划JS"为"自动体力计划JS"
- 移除关于BetterGI自动秘境的冗余说明
