refactor(FullyAutoAndSemiAutoTools): 优化路径过滤逻辑并清理代码

- 注释掉未使用的 countMatchingElements 函数
- 使用 dir_key 变量存储拼接的路径字符串
- 修改 filterSettings 过滤条件以支持指定目录加载
- 更新注释文字从"对应级别"为"指定级别"
- 重构路径过滤逻辑提高代码可读性
