"Snap.Hutao"等软件内的任何内容。如"条款"及"软件功能"有任何变更，我方将在相关的官方网站上刊载公告作为通知。经修订的"条款"一经在官方网站上公布后，即自动生效。</p></li><li><p>二、本软件以"学习"、"巩固开发知识"以及"积累开发经验"为目的进行开发，所有项目所提供的功能"完全免费、开源"，一切有风险之功能已经全部在软件内进行<strong>显著标明</strong>，如您对功能的安全性表示不满，请<strong>立即卸载/删除本软件</strong>，如您仍在正常使用，则表示您同意DGP-Studio开发团队的一切关于项目内容以及软件功能的设计。</p></li><li><p>三、一切因使用本开发团队开发项目的内容而导致的"任何意外损失(包含软件、硬件、财产以及虚拟物品)"、"合约毁坏"、"诽谤"、"版权"或"知识产权侵犯"及其所造成的损失与责任，由于我们的软件"完全公益性"、"开源"、"学习性质"，以及已先行履行的"请于下载后24小时内自行删除"的通知等"告知责任"，本开发团队对此概不负责，与本软件开发者无关，亦不承担任何法律责任。</p></li><li><p>四、用户使用本软件期间，开发者团队<strong>不做</strong>任何不发生如下情况的保证：</p><ul><li>因网络状况、通讯线路等任何技术原因而导致用户不能正常使用或更新；</li><li>因使用"第三方开发的本软件内插件"、或"第三方进行二次编译的本软件的修改版"或"复用本开发团队所创作的项目代码而编译成的软件"造成负面结果。</li></ul></li><li><p>五、本软件系统尊重并保护所有用户的"个人隐私权"，不会窃取任何用户计算机中的信息。在"Snap.Genshin"、"Snap.Hutao"内的信息上传（如上传数据到胡桃数据库，上传程序错误报告等）皆需要用户<strong>主动</strong>进行触发或二次确认后才进行发送。</p></li><li><p>六、我们<strong>不承认</strong>任何单位或个人在<strong>没有本开发团队授权</strong>的情况下,对本软件以及本开发团队任意开发项目进行的<strong>二次开发</strong>、<strong>功能修改</strong>以及<strong>复用我方创作的代码进行其他项目的开发</strong>。</p><ul><li>我开发团队不对任何单位或个人在使用本软件内容进行公开发布行为（包括但不限于制作视频、发布带有本软件内容的文章、上传至非我开发团队指定的下载网站提供下载等）的内容进行负责。</li><li>我开发团队<strong>不对</strong>使用"第三方开发的本软件内插件"、或"第三方进行二次编译的本软件的修改版"或"复用本开发团队所创作的项目代码而编译成的软件"<strong>造成任意结果负责</strong>。</li><li>在此基础上，本软件开发团队（DGP-Studio）保留全部我方开发项目的"计算机软件著作权"。</li></ul></li><li><p>七、我们提供的软件仅作用于合法、合规范围内的研究所用，不得利用本软件系统 从事违法活动。</p><ul><li>我们仅作为软件开发方，对任何使用结果不负任何连带责任，软件以及我方开发的任意项目的使用过程中产生的任何法律后果我们概不负责、不承担任何法律责任。</li><li>开始使用本开发团队所开发的项目，即视为已充分考虑使用过程可能造成的全部后果，以及同意前述条款的全部内容。</li></ul></li><li><p>八、所开发项目的版权。</p><ul><li>本软件开发团队对所开发的"Snap.Genshin软件"、"Snap.Hutao软件"等作品的软件本身（不包括软件内除功能模块外的显示内容）、上述作品的全部历史版本以及周边网站（仅备案于我方主创成员名下或主创成员公司名下的），拥有软件内的"各商标的所有权"（引用于网络的图片除外），"计算机软件著作权"等完整的知识产权。</li><li>本软件的统计数据全部来源于软件用户主动提交，经过对数据简单地筛选后进行展示，因此本软件不对数据的准确性负责。</li><li>使用本软件的过程中可能会产生版权数据，对于这些版权数据，本软件不拥有它们的所有权，为了避免造成侵权，使用者务必在下载后24小时内清除使用本软件的过程中所产生的可能发生版权纠纷的数据，否则应自行承担有关侵权以及民事纠纷后果。本软件内使用的资源（包括但不限于字体、图片、文字等）均来源于互联网的公开信息，如果出现侵权可立即联系团队移除。</li></ul></li><li><p>九、任何公司或个人未经我开发团队正式授权，在网络上发布，传播以及二次创作我们软件相关内容的行为可能造成的任何法律和刑事事件，我们开发团队公益性质不负任何责任。</p></li><li><p>十、本软件以"学习"、"巩固开发知识"以及"积累开发经验"为目的进行开发，请您在下载后24小时内自行删除，若您无视本条建议，本软件开发团队不对"可能产生的版权纠纷、侵权以及民事纠纷等问题"负责。</p></li></ul></div><!----><footer
